It sits on a five-acre lot with private access to the Olympic Discovery Trail for your biking and hiking pleasure. You can use us as a base to explore the Olympic Peninsula and Olympic National Park. The Dungeness River Nature Center is within easy walking distance.

Welcome to the Art Barn 2.0, formerly "The Art Barn." We are the new owners, and are planning to keep it running as it has been! This unit is ideal for both weekend adventurers and long-stay guests, especially those that enjoy biking and walking. The huge windows on the south side highlight the stunning view of the Olympic Mountains and create a bright open space (great for yoga enthusiasts!) You'll hear coyotes yipping at night, and catch glimpses of eagles and sea birds in the day.

The Crofts -Katmoget

On a quaint country road with views of the Olympic mountains to the south and the Salish sea to the north you will find a 5 acre sheep farm that we call (with a nod to the Scottish tradition) the Crofts. Our Katmoget Croft is light and airy with high ceilings, quirky decor and windows on all sides that frame the pastoral surroundings. It features a well-appointed kitchen with bar seating, comfortable queen bed, flat screen tv, starlink internet, and large patio/outdoor living area.

This 1 bedroom open studio also comes with access to a beautifully crafted turf soccer field and newly constructed landscaping to pull it all together. This newly renovated 800 sq ft studio is the perfect place to watch ships sailing, track the weather moving across the water, and spy Mount Baker. The unit is located close to the John Wayne Marina, the Olympic Discovery Trail, lavender farms and downtown Sequim. The Olympic National Park and the ferry to Victoria, BC is just a short drive away.
