Simple and cosy renovated house wedged in the alleys of the lower part of the old town (Chora) & bathed in sunlight right up until the afternoon. Improvements go up to the point it fits contemporary life, while capturing an essence of a bygone era in terms of structure and dimensions. The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and panoramic breathtaking view to Aegean Sea. It is so spectacular, that it can be experienced only with your own eyes, while having a drink or coffee in the big, beautiful balcony (one of the largest on the island) on the rocky edge of the "Castle"
