Woodworker's Place Chora, Serifos

Renovated two-floor house located in the lower part of the old town (Chora). The kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with the living room and one of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are a sheltered bedroom and a shaded balcony. Ανακαινισμένο σπίτι 2 επιπέδων στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Κάτω Χώρας. The house is located in the traditional settlement of Exambela facing the picturesque village of Kastro on the Eastern side of the island.. Relax and enjoy your privacy and solitude at the terraces. The beautiful pool with magic view is shared with Chalakia house 2. The parking is 100metres from the house. The car does not go all the way to the house, to get there you will need to follow a path of 30 meters.

The room has a view on the east side of the island and is located 200 metres from the central square of the town (5-7 minute walk). There you will find car rentals,restaurants,cafes,nightclubs,banks,supermarkets etc. and the bus station where you can go to most places on the island.
