Muy próximo a los Baños Árabes y el Arco de Felipe V, paradas obligadas para el visitante. Antigua estancia de los guardases del Molino de Alarcón acondicionada y equipada para 6 huéspedes. Muy confortable, luminosa y de fácil acceso. Cuenta con aparcamiento privado exterior para 4 vehículos. Dos habitaciones dobles, una de ellas con baño privado, y salón con amplio sofá cama para dos personas. Además de un baño completo independiente. También cuenta con una zona de trabajo, dispuesta de escritorio y silla. La cocina, tipo americana, está equipada con frigorífico, congelador, microondas, cafetera Nespresso, horno-tostador, vitrocerámica, lavavajillas y utensilios de cocina y menaje completo para 6 personas, que incluye vajilla, cristalería y cubertería, además de ensaladeras, fuentes, etc. Todo el menaje, así como la lencería de hogar, se encuentran a estrenar y la decoración resulta clásica y chic al mismo tiempo. Zona exterior para disfrutar de desayunos, comidas o cenas al aire libre y espacio chill out.

This three storey town house is in the centre of the village. Guest accommodation occupies the top two floors, with separate entrance. There is plenty of public parking plus amenities on your doorstep e.g. bars, cafe/restaurants, shops, bank. The village pool is open during summer. El Cuartón - Est. de Cortes de la Frontera

El Cuartón, a comfortable, spacious en-suite bedroom, is perfect for a couple or a couple with a child. It has a double bed and we can add a single bed or a cot. The bathroom has cork flooring and a big shower. The swimming pool is just outside and there is a shady pergola where you can relax and enjoy the views. Please note that this room does not have cooking facilities but there is a coffee machine and the use of a refrigerator. We don't allow dogs in El Cuartón, sorry!

There are two beach clubs with swimming pools and a disco 200 meters away.

Located in a residential road, only eight minutes walk to the beach and the port, with many restaurants and chiringuitos. Ideal as a base for short breaks.
