Francesco gave us the most memorable experience of our entire holiday in Sicily. From the start, his communication was fantastic and he tailored everything perfectly to us, including a wonderful vegetarian option for my wife. He arrived on time with absolutely everything needed, from ingredients and cooking equipment to table settings and decorations.
The food was genuinely the best we’ve had all holiday. Every dish was incredible, and Francesco explained each course, how it was made and where the ingredients came from — some even from his own garden. The paired drinks elevated everything further, and the white wine was one of the best we’ve ever had!
His passion, experience and love for Sicilian food shone through every detail. He was warm, attentive and a pleasure to spend the evening with. He cleaned everything afterwards and even left leftovers with reheating instructions. We will 100% book him again when we return to Sicily. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
