Cozy, spacious and bright 1 bedroom apartment in a historical and traditional neighborhood, in central Lisbon but quiet at the same time. Close to main attractions, public transports and with local commerce, restaurants and bars. Located in the district of Sao Bento, just next to the parliament, it's surrounded by the districts of Bairro Alto and Principe Real, Chiado, Santa Catarina and Bica, Santos and Estrela. All this within walking distance, just depending on the direction you choose to go! At the end of the street you have the mythic tram 28 which travels around the most important areas of interest through the heart of Lisbon and can easily take you to the Castle, Alfama, Mouraria and Graça, across downtown on to the other hills of Lisbon. The apartment has 1 Bedroom with double bed. 1 big open space with lounge area, dining table and kitchen area. 1 bathroom. 2 small balconies and a lot of natural light. Third floor, no elevator. Internet access, CD player and radio, equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels included. Center of Alfama with River View

The apartement is an open space with bathroom, full kitchen and a small closet for guests to store their clothes. Was conceived by me, I create a relaxing and warmth place where the guest can feel like home. It´s perfect for couples, it´s located in a very calm neighborhood. Is well located, close to the river, the main train and metro station of Santa Apolónia The lower part of Lisbon (Baixa) is in walking distance; such is the famous tramway 28, for an old-fashion trip around ancient Lisbon.

Hi! :) I am renting this independent studio inside my apartment that I prepared with love. You will find a quiet and cozy space for up to 2+1 guests (short stay) close to Intendente metro station and Campo Mártires da Pátria garden. I am not a professional host, just renting the space to help pay for renovations. I live next door so I am around to help with anything you need!
