Indulge in a wood fired sauna or the NEW Spring fed, no chemicals, wood fired hot tub nestled privately in the woods. (To keep rates super low, firewood and amenities usage fees for hot tub, sauna, or EV reare not included in your nightly rate, please ask) For questions please ask. Sleeping Bear Cabin - Blue Ridge Mountains

Sleeping Bear Cabin is nestled away in a private mountain community that has it's own lake and just a two minute drive to the New River at the entrance of the community. The cabin is surrounded by forest with a main deck and an upper deck. Just recently remodeled and redecorated, we designed Sleeping Bear to be the perfect place for anyone to enjoy the mountain life. Fishing, walking, biking, hiking, tubing, kayaking, bird, butterfly, wildlife watchers and 35 -45 minutes to skiing.

Located 9 miles from Blowing Rock Village, 6 miles from Grandfather Mtn and 4 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Wildberry Cottage is situated on three acres bordering the Nat’l Forest. There is a gorgeous view from the deck where visitors are welcome to relax. The guest space is a suite (entire floor) with two br (1 full, 1 twin), a kitchenette (in single room) and a full bath. Parking at top of paved drive may be necessary for rear-wheel drive cars during inclement weather.

On the lake, private dock and cozy cabin. 2.8 acres on a secluded cove. 400ft of PRIVATE LAKEFRONT with year round water access and new dock. Gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Walk down the steps and jump in the 3rd cleanest lake in the country! Paddle our 17ft Canoe or 2 kayaks, view bald eagles or explore 105 miles of national forest. Then relax by the outdoor firepit to end your day with views of the sunset.
