The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

We have a mother-in-law suite available to rent for you. Although it is attached to our home by one wall, the place will be entirely private to you with its own entrance and plenty of side street parking. This retreat is in a quiet location within walking and/or bicycle distance to everything Old Town Fort Collins has to offer.

I live in a small house in a quiet residential neighborhood about 4 miles west of I 25. Shopping and restaurants are close by and a super Walmart is within a 2-3 minute walk. Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful 30 miles to the west. The Ranch, otherwise known as the Budweiser Event Center, is about 5 miles away. Denver, Boulder, and Cheyenne are all within an hour’s drive. Loveland is known as an artistic community and sculptures abound.

Just 2.5 miles from downtown, yet a stones throw from all the outdoor adventures in the foothills, Horsetooth Reservoir, Poudre River, mountain biking & hiking. Relax in the evenings taking in the mountain sunsets while enjoying a fire pit on the back porch.

Centrally located in Northern Colorado, it is close to I-25 and Highway 34 which allows for close and easy access to surrounding areas, including Fort Collins, Boulder, Denver/DIA, numerous state parks, Rocky Mountain National park, and much more.

Spacious, private, separate entrance: entire basement bedrooms with private entrance, living room, comfy couch, big screen TV, bathroom and kitchenette with a fridge and two burners for cooking. Big backyard, hot tub, next to the riverbend ponds and a short 10-minute drive to downtown Ft. Collins and the breweries. *Guests have the entire lower level basement of the home to themselves during their stay.
