Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)

Plum Street House

Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.

Zen Den - Private Basement Guest Suite and Hot Tub

Spacious, private, separate entrance: entire basement bedrooms with private entrance, living room, comfy couch, big screen TV, bathroom and kitchenette with a fridge and two burners for cooking. Big backyard, hot tub, next to the riverbend ponds and a short 10-minute drive to downtown Ft. Collins and the breweries. *Guests have the entire lower level basement of the home to themselves during their stay.

Quiet peaceful home near Chimney Park

Your family will be close to everything you need, during your stay at this conveniently located home. You will be near downtown Windsor to the North, eight blocks, with the lake right there. The Poudre River is nearby, the other direction. The Future Legends sports complex is one mile East, and of course, Chimney Park, is just down the street.
