Located on the ground floor of a building, it has a direct entrance from the street, so there's no need to access it from inside the building. You can access the apartment by car, so leaving your luggage won't be a problem. Its ground-floor location might be its least fortunate feature, but its spaciousness, with over 40 square meters of usable space, its design, its amenities, and the fact that it has a Jacuzzi suitable for two people certainly deserve to be considered outstanding qualities. The apartment has been completely renovated and decorated with the aim of making it the ideal place for a romantic getaway with your partner. Being on a pedestrian street is a quiet place without the annoying traffic on the streets. It has a large window, but being a narrow pedestrian street and being on the ground floor, the luminosity is not one of the qualities for which the apartment stands out. Its spaciousness, with more than 50 m² useful, its design, its equipment and the fact that it has a Jacuzzi suitable for two people do deserve the qualification of outstanding qualities.
