Our Cabin in the Trees

Rural location in Tappen. Our 400 sq ft one bedroom suite is equipped with a full kitchen, living space and a bathroom with a shower. Whether you are looking for a weekend escape, attending a local event, or in transit between Vancouver and Calgary, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of our surroundings. We have a second unit on the ground floor of our house called The Sunset Studio. If you are traveling with someone else and they would like their own space, check its availability calendar.

Farmstay is an old rural dairy farm. Note there is NO air conditioning only fans. Perfect for weddings, b'day celebrations etc, 15 amp p&w for 3 rvs (summer) $40 a night & lots of room to pitch a tent. Love of nature & the outdoors required. Situated on the face of Mt Chase, this 100 yr old cabin can accommodate from 1 to 7 people very comfortably. Completely private, surrounded by a peaceful wilderness, you step out of time and back into nature. Please be aware, the cabin is truly in the wilderness. When the solar lights are out in the cabin, the only glow are the stars and your flashlight. The only sounds, your own and the forest.
