Chalet on Tennessee Hill

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This chalet is set high on the hill with sweeping farmland views. Fully insulated, with reverse cycle AC and a wood fire. Chalet 1 has 2 cosy bedrooms (1 King, 2 Singles), a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room, 2 decks, a bathroom with toilet and shower . The chalet is fully insulated with reverse cycle AC and a wood fire (one night complimentary firewood). Bookings of more than two people will have access to the second bedroom.

Relax on the private patio to the birdlife and view of the beautiful gardens nestled into Lake Seppings. Off street private parking for one. Close proximity to 2 swimming beaches, surfing beach, cycling path, 5 minutes drive to Albany cbd, walking trail on Lake Seppings and 18 hole Links Golf course across the road. This two bedroom apartment has a cosy lounge, Dimplex heating, kitchenette, induction plate and a introductory continental breakfast supplied. An easy way to begin your morning.

The Birches Tranquil & Sophisticated

When you enter the Birches you step into a world of tranquility, stunning views, enormous spaces and considerable luxury. Set on acreage, the Birches is situated off the tree lined Mt Shadforth Road tourist route. A short drive will get you to the award winning vineyards, restaurants, the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Great Southern, including Greens Pool. Two massive bedrooms with king size beds/ensuites (one with spa bath). A complimentary bottle of wine will greet you on arrival.

River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Nestled right in the heart of the giant tingle forest, and situated on a 40 acre section of a working dairy and beef farm, you will get to immerse yourself in the rural lifestyle, but with the benefit of all the creature comforts. Enjoy a quiet retreat or bring the whole family to this comfortable, spacious guesthouse, nestled in by the peppermint trees along the Middleton Beach-Emu Point bike path and next to the stunning Albany Golf Course. This is the perfect location for a relaxed holiday experience, with everything you need a short drive away. The house is a 2 minute walk to the Albany Golf Clubhouse and a 5 minute walk to Dune Brewery - check websites for lunch and dinner menus!

Lights Cottage - Farm Stay

Lights Cottage is a secluded, newly renovated heritage cottage located on Lights Beach Farm. Wake up in the mornings surrounded by cattle, kangaroos, and native birds. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Dencala

Situated on Weedon Hill, Dencala is a 5 minute drive to the town centre( or cycle in via the cycle track), 5 minutes from Ocean Beach, and 10 minutes from Lights Beach. Cosy up to the log fire in winter, have a barbie on the deck in summer. Lovely walks around the neighbourhood, including stunning views of The Inlet , and just just minutes walk to a park and bush trails The Bib Track and little River Walk and Cycle path are 3 minutes by car.

Wolfes Landing - a rustic home on the inlet

Wolfe’s Landing is a beautifully rustic and quirky home overlooking the spectacular Nenamup Inlet. This chalet is named after the original Wolfes Landing - now the Albany jetty – which was the embarkation point for soldiers heading to Gallipoli. Timbers rescued from this jetty are the signature feature of this chalet, and are a poignant and constant reminder of those who have gone before us.
