Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. This log beauty is perched roughly 30 feet above Shadow Mountain Lake, and boasts not only panoramic views of the lake, but also postcard perfect views of famous "Baldy Peak" from every lakeside window! Please note, after booking this cabin will be referred to as the "5BR/3BA Lakeside Cabin" in email prompts you receive.

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.

"The Laundry Room" is a brand new studio hosted by Park Residences in a space that literally used to be a utility room since all the way back in the 50's and is now a completely remodeled studio with brand new walls, pipes, appliances, heaters, everything you can think of. We offer free high speed internet, coffee, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime Video for our guests to enjoy. Please note that there is a rental unit on the second floor
