Welcome to Pensacola Perch, an 8th floor beachfront condo where you will enjoy expansive views of Pensacola Beach–– a perfect vantage point for dolphin sightings & the Blue Angels Air Show. This 2BR/2BA condo is in the sought after Emerald Isle gated resort where guests can enjoy resort amenities such as direct beach access, 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, & beachfront fitness center. There’s also complimentary use of 2 chairs & an umbrella from La Dolce Vita all through March to October.

Your private suite perfectly situated between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

This cozy guest cottage has shiplap walls and a warm and inviting interior. It's perfect for a quiet getaway for 1 or 2 people. Located in Pensacola's eclectic East Hill neighborhood and close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. The cottage is best suited for guests over the age of 18 and is not equipped for small children. Please note for your comfort the standard weight capacity for the bedframe is approx 500 lbs. I have two sweet pups (Lily, Hildey) and an outdoor cat (Skipper-Doo).
