Fishing is popular from High Rock, snorkeling in the tidal pool and surfing just a walk away.

Thompson's bay is a lifeguard protected swimming beach with a large tidal pool. Walk though the "hole in the rock" to another secluded beach. The complex offers a beautiful communal swimming pool which is fully fenced and also offers braai facilities. There is a fire pit to enjoy the ocean sounds.
