Orchard cottage. A rural delight close to the sea

Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

The Gardeners Cottage was recently renovated to the highest standard to create the perfect place to relax and unwind. Situated in Wellswood Village with its quaint shops and pub the Cottage also has direct access onto the Southwest coastal path and is a 7 minute walk to the beautiful Anstey's Cove. Featuring a sitting room with 55" tv, master bedroom with king size bed and built in wardrobes, bathroom with walk in shower and kitchen/breakfast rm with bi-fold doors leading onto a private garden.

Idyllic Luxury Thatched Cottage on Devon Farm

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

Set in an idyllic three acres of rolling countryside near Dawlish, Leat Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, a great base from which to explore the south west or an inspiring retreat to write or paint. A warm welcome awaits you to a cosy cottage set in stunning rural surroundings and only a 45 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive to Dawlish, 15-20 minute drive to Teignmouth or 25 minute drive to Exeter. Wonderful riverside bar & restaurant 10 minutes walk. River offers watersports (sailing, water skiing, canoeing etc.) Teignmouth & Torquay only a few miles further. Please note electric car £10 per charge.

A lovely quaint 300 year old cottage in the small village of Combeinteignhead Strong Covid cleaning protocol. A beautiful appointed kitchen/diner with low beamed ceiling.Lounge has original oak beams and wood stove. Bedroom with 4 poster bed and one double bedroom Bed settee in the living room. Shower and claw foot bath. Private parking is available directly outside the cottage. The courtyard at the back has furniture for outside dining. Two well behaved dogs allowed with prior agreement.
