You will find serenity by the Intracoastal waterway while you are visiting our home just 10 minutes from Holden Beach. You will have access to the entire house and all the comforts of home. In addition, you can see the waterway from all of the porches. You'll have everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen and connect with your family by playing games in the spacious backyard.

12 Oaks - Comfy well-appointed coastal retreat

12 Oaks is a stylish rental just a 10 min. drive to Holden Beach and a short walk to the intracoastal waterway. We are animal lovers and will allow adult house broken dogs under 20 lbs for an additional fee. Pete is a retired chef and his famous smoked pimento cheese and Ritz crackers await all quests. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children.
