A spacious & modern 2 bedroom house situated in Lake (between Sandown & Shanklin). Take a 5 minute walk down the path to the sandy beach & promenade which links Sandown to Shanklin. There you will find a friendly cafe and public toilets so you can spend the whole day on the beach. The coastal path takes you to the public lift in Shanklin where you can find cafes, ice cream shops, crazy golf and amusement arcades. You don't have far to drive for family day trips such as Robin Hill Country Park.

Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

Unique English Heritage Escape in *Bembridge* IOW

'The Annexe' forms part of the main residence built on the old parade ground of Steyne Wood Battery. The Battery was built on the eastern coastline of the Isle of Wight and became a scheduled monument in 2015, being one of the best surviving Victorian Batteries and, as such, all the bomb proof shelters, ammunition stores, gun positions and defensive structures in the surrounding grounds remain intact. This fabulous house has been fully renovated in April 2021. Being South facing with stunning sea views the new deck is a great sun trap (you'll need your sunglasses when the sun's out!) perfect for relaxing on the sofa's or enjoying dinner al fresco.
