It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. The deck includes a grill and there is a fireplace in the living room. It is the perfect getaway for any season!

There is a gradual grade to get down to the water with a complete concrete walkway. No more than 3 cars allowed due to limited parking.

You can ride straight from the house to the North Cumberland WMA Sundquist Unit Riding Area (2 minutes) and to Tackett Creek (little over 10 minutes). There is plenty of parking for everyone on the 4 acre property. This is 1 of 4 homes that are next to each other so we can accommodate all group sizes.
