New in 2024. Shared Sauna! Welcome to our West Coast home! This Ocean side property is owned by 4 families who love the outdoors and we are excited to share it with you! The space has been created to encourage a sense of community with all who stay here. We hope you enjoy the short 4 minute walk to the beach, (please note running shoes are recommended. The trail is steep and has obstacles such as roots and rocks) the endless trails nearby or the amazing yard and space the property has to offer.

Fully modern ground floor one bedroom nest in a well established neighborhood surrounded by Garry Oak trees. Includes living room, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and dining area. Bathroom with rain showerhead and heated floors. Wifi and cable included. Enjoy complimentary coffee or tea while you plan your stay in Victoria. We are situated on bus routes and within minutes to Cedar Hill Rec Centre and 18 Hole Golf Course, UVIC, Camosun College, and Hillside Shopping Mall and downtown Victoria.

We are a 5 min drive to the Cowichan Valley trailhead to bike to Duncan and back, a 6 min drive to mountain bike at the Fairservice Fun trail park or drive 10 min to Bald Mountain hiking for beautiful views.

The kitchen features modern appliances and is fully equipped. The bedroom provides a queen bed, large closet and plenty of storage. There is in suite laundry and a private entrance with keyless entry and private patio. Wifi included. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to parks, trails, shopping and public transit. Parking for 1 vehicle.

Relax at this peaceful getaway directly on the waterfront! This 2 bedroom cottage is perfect for your next get away. Enjoy private waterfront access from our dock. Cowichan Bay is perfect for those who love the water and a sense of community in a cozy fishing village. Great for fishing salmon and shellfish. The cottage is a 5 minute drive from the village of Cowichan Bay where you'll find shops and restaurants. We are 15 minutes from the town of Duncan and 45 minutes from Victoria.

Private dock across the street w/ lake access (shared with another cabin on the property) room for boat parking. Large island full freezer & fridge 8 burner stove 2 dishwashers, wine and drink fridge. Hot tub, completely self contained bunk house with kitchenette and a barrel rolled sauna. For the summer months only there is a large heated pool and gym building with weights and a treadmill,
