This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

Betty's by the Beach is a 3-minute walk from the beautiful Atlantic ocean. The beach is clean and you can swim (if you're staying in the summer!). Our quaint 2 storey beach house, in Shediac, has a front veranda for morning sun and a very private back deck bathed in afternoon sun, surrounded by a privacy fence. Our house is fully furnished and everything you need is here and if not, please ask!! Within sight of: Provincial park Play park Bowling alley Mini grocery & drive in theater across the street! A short walk down the cottage road to Parlee Beach and to connect to the walking/biking trails, which lead to all local attractions.

Baybreeze Cottage with hot tub

Relax in this cheerful cottage just a minute walk to the beach and walking trails. A double-lot with a firepit and deck allows for backyard games, evening fires, and relaxing in the hot tub. This cottage features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a spare bedroom with double bed and a hide-a-bed for extra guests. Situated in the heart of the town, you will have quick access to a local grocery store and park (2km), 2-18 hole golf courses (6km), Shediac, Parlee beach and restaurants (11km).

(Français en bas) Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This is a 4 season private oasis. You can enjoy the stars on a clear night sky around the fire pit or in the comforting warmth of the spa. The large deck offers plenty of space for your workout session or your grilling skills! The gazebo is a great place to sip your morning coffee or glass of wine. Walking distance to a tranquil beach and conveniently located near the beaches of Parlee (Shediac) and Aboiteau (Cap-Pelé).

We have just added a new heat pump. We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.
