Will sleep 2 (+2 option on the comfortable sofa-bed in the living area). 15-20 min walk to Sheffield Uni/ hospitals, 25-35 min walk to town. Travel cot, high chair, toys and a large trampoline available. Access to large garden with sunny sitting area + free parking. Breakfast and snacks (with consideration to food intolerances) included.

Spacious converted warehouse with huge living/kitchen & separate double bedroom. Unique property set in private courtyard in leafy S10 not far from the city yet spitting distance to countryside and the beautiful Peak District. Bus every 10 minutes from the bottom of cobbled track to the universities, hospital & town centre. We also rent out a 2 bed bungalow in the same courtyard. Cosy and private attic space available in a comfortable Victorian house, 30 minutes from jct 29 of the M1. We are very close to the Peak district, just 10 minutes away by car, and Graves Park and woods are behind the house.
