1910 cozy Carriage House. This was a true proper carriage house that once, before it was converted, housed a horse and carriage on the first floor. Located just blocks from restaurants, shops, and theaters in Overton Square, the zoo, and Overton Park. Brand new mattress April of 2024!!! LOCALS-This is NOT a space for parties. There is only parking for 2 cars. Guest MUST be listed. Any other cars will be seen by neighbors and our exterior cameras and parties will be shut down immediately

Our art studio converted to guesthouse is unique and close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to local East Memphis attractions. Baptist East Hospital and Shelby Farms just minutes away or a short drive downtown to St. Jude, Beale Street, or the Orpheum Theater. Only 15 minutes from the Memphis Airport. Owners live on property in the main house. Guests have their own parking spot in driveway and enter through the side gate. Guesthouse door has keypad entry for your convenience.

Come enjoy all midtown has to offer in our newly renovated carriage house apartment directly across the street from Overton Park, the Levitt Shell, the Memphis Zoo and the Brooks Art Museum. This charming apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, private washer dryer, brand new bathroom, and accent wall dividing a comfortable living space from a cozy bedroom. There is on-street parking and stairs to access the cottage. Also, there is no smoking on the property and no parties. Thank you!
