We are a bed and breakfast only accommodation and not a home to rent.This free standing villa type accommodation is less than 3 hrs drive from Sydney. This paradise is the first of the white sands and palm trees heading north. Three great lakes over 20 beaches all within 30 min drive great restaurants and holiday activities on Australia's holiday coast. 4 minute stroll to Boomerang Beach,5 minutes to Shelly ( nature beach) 15 minute stroll to restaurants and cafes. 15 minute drive to Forster.

The Lake House on Amaroo is absolute waterfront. The house is fully air-cond including the guest bedroom. A gentle slope to the waters edge swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks/2 SUP Boards included) all at your back door. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on either of the two large timber decks. One on the main level or simply walk down external stairs to a large undercover deck. You’ll love our place because of outdoor open fire place / BBQ, Pool within the complex, the outdoor space, short walk to 2 beautiful beaches - surfing / fishing! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Remember to pack your own linen including bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towel. Everything else is provided in the unit

We would love to welcome you to our modern and private self-contained studio that is located on the ground level of our home - but completely separate to our home. We are perfectly located, with Elizabeth Beach and Wallis Lake within short walking distance. Shelly, Boomerang and Blueys beach are only a further 2 minute drive up the road.
