This cedar-shingled ranch on a quiet street has an open floor plan and large deck for lounging and BBQing, along with a large pool, a big yard and access to Ice Pond Park. It's just a half-mile walk to Crescent/Sunset Beach, the ferry and to Marie Eiffel and other Shelter Island Heights restaurants. The house is fully stocked with beach chairs, lounge chairs, towels, linens, bikes, grill, espresso machine (plus a Keurig ) and all you need for great meals and great times. We now have central AC.
