Set in a stunning Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, The Barn overlooks the beautiful Linley Estate and the West Onny river valley. It is a short distance from the owner's house and is a perfect rural cosy retreat for walkers, cyclists and anyone looking for peace and quiet.

The Garden Room is a private, cosy, off-grid apartment that's perfect for couples in search of a quiet break or looking to explore the area. It has basic kitchen facilities along with a king size bed, a wood burning stove and a piping hot shower. We have reliable wifi, no tv and an ok mobile signal. Lovely up here this time of year and plenty of wildlife to be seen - deer grazing in the garden early morning, nesting curlews calling as they circuit the house and everything coming into bud.
