Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

A tiny home for one or 2 on the edge of town, minutes from shops but worlds away from the hustle and bustle. Set on our 2 acre property this fully self contained tiny home features a lush QUEEN bed, full bathroom, dining and lounge space, oven, cooktop, microwave, fridge and even a washing machine. Although we share the two acres you have your own private space with as little or as much communication with us as you like. We will not bother you unless you need us, self check in available.

Our farm is located on the banks of the Broken River in the heart of the Goulburn Valley. Our house offers privacy and relaxation, making it a great choice for a special occasion, family holiday, or business trip. Home to a variety of wildlife, including blue wrens, king parrots, kookaburras, kangaroos, and a wallaby, and only minutes from town, the location is very peaceful and quiet, with only the occasional sound of birds and tractors.
