The Lodge at Willen Farm is a beautiful single level converted barn on the outskirts of the quiet village of Leigh, just 4 miles from the town of Sherborne in Dorset. The Lodge provides the perfect location for a relaxing escape to the rural countryside, yet just 40 minutes from the fabulous Jurassic coastline. Spacious accommodation with two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower/toilet and a separate bathroom. Contemporary style with an outside patio area. Parking and a small garden area.

Tucked away in the very heart of the picturesque city of Wells, just moments from the High Street, Cathedral & Bishop's Palace. The Hidey Hole is a charming one bedroom cottage, accessed via a pretty central courtyard. Having recently been refurbished, this stylish cottage offers an eclectic mix, combining modern convenience, character features and quirky, yet sumptuous, décor. This hidden gem is ideally placed to enjoy all that Wells has to offer and makes the perfect place to relax & unwind.

The Yard House Cottage 2

A house within the heart of Sherborne tucked off the bustling Cheap Street. Although in the heart of Sherborne this is a very quiet property. The lounge, kitchen and diner are well equipped with everything you might need. There are 3 bedrooms one with twin beds, one super king bed (can be a twin) and one with a kingsize bed with en suite shower room. There is another bathroom with a bath with overhead shower. We are within walking distance of all the Sherborne attractions and train station.

The Granary - spacious, stylish barn conversion.

"The Granary" is a beautiful single level, second floor, barn conversion on the outskirts of the village, Barwick, just 1.5 miles from Yeovil. Providing the perfect location for a relaxing escape to the country, yet just 30 minutes from the fabulous Jurassic coastline. Spacious & light accommodation with two double bedrooms (beds can be singles or kingsize) both with en-suite, contemporary comforts and a wood burning stove. Parking for two cars and a small garden area with picnic table.

Stylish Barn Conversion

The Barn is a converted property located at the head of the stunning Tarrant valley within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Two of the bedrooms have internal balconies into the main body of the barn and triple velux roof windows to enjoy the rural views. The third bedroom has bifold doors onto the patio and an en-suite with rainfall snail shower. TV/cinema room.

Orchard Cottage

A beautifully converted barn with a contemporary feel next to a 17th century cider house set in the middle of 12 acres of gardens and ancient orchards. Ideal for those who enjoy modern comforts and luxurious touches such as 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding, top quality feather pillows (with hypo-allergenic pillows on request) and bathrobes combined with the peace of the beautiful Somerset countryside. Perfect for dog lovers, with great walks from the house and in the grounds.

Quaker Cottage

Quaker Cottage, is a 17th century Grade II listed cottage that has retained a host of original features including exposed beams, and a charming stone fireplace with a log burner. Renovated with relaxation and comfort in mind a warm welcome always awaits you at this charming cottage. There are two bedrooms with fluffy towels and crisp cotton bedlinen; one with a king-size bed and a single bedroom, with an additional pull-out bed to offer a flexible sleeping arrangement for up to 4 guests.

Modern self-contained ground floor separate annex with heating, courtyard garden, off-street parking on quiet outskirts of the village, just 5 minutes from Sherborne. Light, airy living/dining area, kitchen (all mod-cons), TV, bedroom with twin beds, bedside tables with drawers, hanging and suitcase rack, shower room with loo and basin. A compact but beautifully formed space, ideal for short of extended breaks, well-positioned for visiting other parts of the West Country. Dogs welcome.

My house is a beautifully kept period cottage in a quiet street at the heart of Sherborne just a stone's throw from shops, pubs, restaurants and transport. The house has a garden at the back with table and chairs so you can enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine and sit in the peace and quiet listening to the birds singing! The house is light and airy and been newly decorated. All visitors will be provided with breakfast, teas, coffee, milk etc and a welcome book with all info you need.

Nestled at the foot of historic Cadbury Castle in beautiful South Cadbury, our home is perfectly situated for anyone looking to escape the rat-race and recharge their batteries. Great local walks and fabulous local pubs within walking distance. A fabulous place to break a journey if you're travelling from London to Cornwall as we are pretty much half way. However, be warned, those that have done this so far, always wish they were staying for longer, and sometimes they do!

The Parlour is a 3 double bedroom cottage which is part of Duntish Mill Farm that has recently been lovingly renovated. There is open plan living with vaulted ceilings and a cosy log burner. French doors that lead onto a large private patio area. Located in an AONB of Dorset, we are surrounded by plenty of stunning countryside centrally located between the historic towns of Sherbourne and Dorchester, which is also only a short drive away from the Jurassic Coast.

The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature. Wi-Fi, cedar clad electric Hot tub, log fire & star gazing. We also have our own little shop selling soft and alcoholic drinks, home made candles, sloe gin and playing cards
