Welcome to River House Social Retreat, a relaxing getaway destination designed for days and evenings well spent with family and friends with an in ground pool rental option. It's located adjacent to our sister property, River's Edge Retreat. When both homes are booked together, they can accommodate up to 22 guests. This home offers a vibe centered around connection, family competition and comfort. Your group can enjoy pool table clashes, foosball showdowns, card night or settling in for a movie.

Now is a great time to stay in this completely furnished two-bedroom house directly overlooking the Mississippi River. The hot tub is amazing during the day and under the stars this time of year. Eagle watching in the winter is always entertaining while relaxing in the hot tub. This 1+ acre property is tucked away on a private dead end street, yet close to many great restaurants and shopping. I don’t charge cleaning fees as my guests have always respected the property and rules. Leave a big … mess expect a charge. The outside of the house is under construction as I’m siding the house and added a mud room. I’m 66 with new knees so the process is slow especially in winter but nothing going on outside will affect your stay. I get great reviews from my guests who all seem to find the interior relaxing and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay
