There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which converts into a large double bed, ensuring a comfortable stay. **Bedrooms** There are two bedrooms. One room has a queen-size bed (160 cm wide). The other room has two double beds (140 cm wide). A cozy 24.85m² studio apartment with a balcony is in a great location. This studio apartment is 24.85m² with a kitchen and a bathroom. There are two single beds. A mattress is available for an extra person. Free wi-fi is available during your stay. Pocket wi-fi is available upon request with an additional fee (JPY500/day). NOTE: It has a 3GB data limit per day. Once it exceeds the limit, it gets extremely slow. The whole apartment can be privately used. The thing you might want to know is that the room downstairs is a jazz bar and they play live from @7pm except for Mondays. (They stop playing before midnight) Some people might find it noisy. We provide one bath towel and two face towels per guest/stay and recommend our guests wash and reuse towels as much as possible. But will replace your towels with new ones upon request. The replacement fee is: Bath towel JPY200 Face towel JPY150. We have some other listings in the same building.
