The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

An ideal holiday base for discovering the delights of Suffolk, it is wonderful place set in AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) in which to relax and unwind. Bawdsey was also the home of the world's first operational radar station and is close to Sutton Hoo the world famous Anglo Saxon burial site.
