Beach block home sleeps up to 6 people, (Min. Age 25) Large 1 bedroom loft on the 2nd floor-queen bed & full bed over twin mattress, queen sofa sleeper in living room, new tile throughout the house, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wi-fi/cable, pantry, AC, grill, 2 beach chairs, outdoor shower. This home is in the rear of a 4-property lot. Street parking only. 3 min. walk up to the beach. No pets. 2 Beach Badges. Renters must bring their sheets, towels, and paper goods. We provide comforters/pillows.

We go to great length to make your stay easy, so that you can focus on your event. We provide made beds, linens. For the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. Off street parking. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

Our single family bayfront home in desirable Long Beach Island (LBI) NJ is located near restaurants, miniature golf and the beach. Are you coming for a wedding? We are located close to the 3 largest wedding venues here on the island. Our home has the charm of a beach cottage, yet it has the amenities you are looking for... central air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, keurig and outdoor shower. There is nothing better than sitting out enjoying the views.
