The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. Kiln Cottage allows you to immerse yourself in a haven of wildlife and tranquillity, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

Barsham Old Hall Cowshed

The Old Hall Cow Shed is located on an idyllic organic smallholding surrounded by woodland in the beautiful Broads National Park. It is ideal for a family break, for small groups of cyclists or walkers or for a quiet break for a couple. It is fully equipped but does NOT have a TV. There are games, books, music, fresh air and an amazing pub just 15 minutes walk across the marshes. The accommodation has solar PV, solar water heating, a wood burning stove and is insulated with sheep's wool.

Our Cosy cottage is located between the lovely market towns of Beccles Bungay & Halesworth. Quiet village with its historic church is Ideally situated and only 20 mins from the Suffolk coast, Norwich,Norfolk Broads and all the local attractions such as Lattitude, Snape Maltings, Aldburgh Carnival. We are 10 mins from St Peters Brewery also The raw milk shed is 10 mins away where Baron Bigod cheese is made, 2 mins on is The Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation museum. Sizewell is 20 miles from us.

"The Cart Lodge" is a one bedroom detached, property with a guest Hot Tub situated close to the city of Norwich and about 30 minutes drive from the Suffolk Coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh and close to the Norfolk Broads. The Cart Lodge is the perfect place to spend a few days and unwind whilst exploring the the local area. The town of Loddon lies just one mile away and has a variety of Shops, Cafes and Public Houses as well as a number of Takeaways. Fibre Broadband at the property.

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
