We are 4 mins from Burford, 9 mins from Clarkson’s Diddly Squat and 15 mins from The Farmer’s Dog. We are lucky to have 3 pubs all in walking distance and a local Post Office/shop.

The village provides a perfect base for exploration, with pretty villages, the grandeur of Blenheim Palace, Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm Shop, a Wildlife Park and easy access to all that historic Oxford has to offer.

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter.
