Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

Viña del Mar is absolutely beautiful, freshly renovated & perfectly located with a beautiful, year round heated pool, located right in the centre of town. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets & beautiful outdoor entertainment areas. This versatile home suits groups of friends, or up to 2 families comfortably. Plus outdoor heaters, outdoor BBQ kitchen & beautiful indoor & outdoor spaces perfect for your stay. A 4min walk to the main street, bars, restaurants & a short drive to wineries.

Prevelly Views. Walk to beach 300m

Our house is a light, bright spacious character home with ocean views from the kitchen, dining area and top deck. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. Upstairs features the master bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry and open living and deck. Downstairs has 2bedrooms and sitting room and 1 more bathroom. The sitting room can sleep one person . Immaculately clean, with a huge well equipped kitchen. Our place is suited to families but will also work well for small groups of friends.

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.
