The friendly resident kangaroos and other Australian wildlife are regularly seen grazing and drinking from the property's dam. With both Crooked Brook and Joshua Creek running through the property it offers magnificent rural views from every room making it a perfect holiday home.

It is close to everything in the Greater Bunbury region, and you have everything you need at your fingertips. The residence is in the Waterloo Village caravan park. The location is ideal for a good rest between the ocean and the Ferguson Valley, and it is located only 10 minutes driving from Bunbury. The unit is fully furnished : Kitchen + cooking appliances (pans and sauce pans, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and freezer), TV, 2 double beds with sheets, towels. It has its own bathroom with small bath and toilets.
