TINY WUNDERHAUS - A Fun, Hometown Experience

Tiny Spaces are all the rave; Here's a chance to try one. In the heart of Louisville's historic Schnitzelburg, an up and coming area full of neat shotgun cottages, whitewashed, and many historic Louisville pubs. It's only 3.5 miles from downtown and approx. 2 from Churchill Downs. It has a full kitchen, bath, in-unit washer/dryer, and sleeping space for 3 adults. This apartment is sure to meet every vacation need. The comfort-tested mattresses are both new with 1.5 - 2in. memory foam toppers.

We are very proud of our smaller home boasting a big personality with its cozy amenities that it offers so that our guest can truly enjoy their stay with no worries. This is a shotgun style home which means that you enter through the enclosed porch area into the living room & the home goes straight back with no halls & an open bedroom area in between. Very typical of the age & style of this Schnitzelberg neighborhood. It is on street parking & most times parking close to the home is no problem.

HangOver at our House! This spacious apartment located directly above theMerryWeather bar in Schnitzelburg can sleep up to 4. Large bedroom features a queen bed, DVD/TV, tons of natural light, and French doors for privacy. Living room has sofa bed and flat screen smart TV. Eat-in kitchen also has laundry. Throw some darts in the front lounge! And you're just a short walk to a variety of bars, restaurants, retail, and grocery. FOR NIGHT OWLS ONLY! YOU'LL BE SLEEPING ABOVE A BUSY, NOISY BAR.

Near the famous bourbon trail, rental includes full cabin and large screen porch overlooking pond with fountain. First floor has living/dining/kitchen space with small sofa bed and stone fireplace (gas); queen bed and full bath on second floor. American and European antique furnishings and fine art welcome you to fully updated home with central HVAC.

Meet our Pearl Airstream. She's a 1989 Squarestream. That's right, a SQUARE Airstream! There were less than 300 made from 1989-1991, so this is your chance to stay in one of very few in existence! She sleeps 4, possibly 5 depending on your comfort level. There's a private bath/shower. You'll have a kitchen & covered patio with grill & firepit. There are 11 total units on site. 2 houses, 8 airstreams & a bunk house. *DERBY IS A 3 NIGHT MIN OF THURS-SUN. NO CHECKINS ON FRI OR SAT.
