“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

"Robyn's Nest Hideaway" - a quiet getaway

Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bush-land. The best beach in Port Stephens is very close. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO dogs on beds or lounges. NO dogs to be left alone inside unattended. NO electric scooters allowed!!

Isla Villa Beach House - Shoal Bay

A large resort style house with a heated salt water pool, fire place and ducted air conditioning system. This spacious home is situated in an ideal location in stunning Shoal Bay. The shopping and restaurant strip (including Shoal Bay Country Club) is just a 10 minute walk away. Wreck Beach is a short stroll from the backyard of the property (temporarily closed due to flood damage to the track). Mount Tomaree as well as Zenith and Box Beach can also be accessed by foot from the backyard.

Featuring 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, private courtyard and onsite community pool (open from October to May) Aigéan is situated close to the heart of Nelson Bay and less than 10 mins walk to the beach.

Jess Cottage

Beautiful garden cottage only 250m from the beach. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants and the legendary Shoal Bay Country Club. Due to work I can’t be on site at all times to sort out linen. Please bring your own sheet sets and towels, toiletries. I can arrange linen and towels through a 3rd party at an additional cost, just ask and I’ll get you a price. Anchored in the Bay @ Shoal Bay

Anchored in the Bay is a cute 2-bedroom beach cottage on a lovely quite street, only a short 500m easy walk to Shoal Bay beach, boutique shops, cafes and country club and close to both Fingal Bay and Nelson Bay. Our beach cottage is best suited for young families or no more than four adults and has ample room to park a boat or JetSki. We are also open to hosting dogs on enquiry.
