Small (no kitchen) but well equipped, incl separate bedroom, full bathroom (NB: SHOWER OVER BATH), compact sitting room, secure gated deck, lawn, al fresco setting, BBQ. Cont breakfast items provided for guests to prepare at their convenience.

Stone's Throw Bed & Breakfast Lake Conjola

A stunning detached studio apartment with access by an external staircase situated at the top end of Lake Conjola. Sitting on 1.5 acres, being a stone's throw away from the lake with easy kayak/ stand up paddle board entry, this property is ideal for a quiet weekend away. There is plenty to do, from exploring the property, checking out Milton's cafes, boutiques, restaurants and venues, to enjoying beautiful local walks and surfing or just hanging at the beach. There is something for everybody here. The Studio has a kitchenette. Cooking facilities include a single induction hot plate, microwave, Weber Barbecue and mini fridge.

The Pigeon room is one of 3 rooms available on upper floor with view to Pigeon House Mt. Enjoy the very peaceful semi-rural setting with views of the Budawang Ranges. Whispering Pines bedroom

This room is located on the left as you enter the house . Located in peaceful Sussex Inlet in an art filled house only minutes away from the main surf beach. Your host is a wonderful chef and a prepared breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast is served between 8:30 am - 10:00 am . Please let us know what time suits you for breakfast or if you don't require breakfast. Boat ramp is 350 m away and nature surrounds.

Our country style home is situated within an easy 8 minute walk to Berry village ,close to the train station and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Your private accommodation on the ground floor at the rear of our home provides the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Berry township offers great cafes, restaurants, wineries and abundant shopping opportunities and is surrounded by beautiful countryside.
