The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

Chestnut Lodge a cosy quirky unique space.

Nestled in a small village with a great pub and walks within 5 minutes. This unique place has a style all its own. It is made from recycled/reclaimed material's, bed side tables which are made out of suitcases, a handmade high bed with storage. The breakfast bar is a cast iron cutting table from an old printing press. There is a kitchen area made up of vintage drawers and doors, there is a small fridge, toaster, kettle but no oven. With French doors leading to a private courtyard garden.

The Nest at Plaistow Bed & Breakfast is totally private and separate to the main house offering a warm, friendly and high-quality bed and breakfast in a beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable ensuite room. Guests can also enjoy breakfast or an evening meal in the private outside courtyard. Plaistow is a quintessential Sussex village, full of character and charm and off the beaten track yet. Breakfast, dinner snd barbecue options are available but not included in the nightly rate.

Gigi Sleeps

Beautifully appointed Shepherds Hut in West Sussex, very close to Surrey border. It is situated near the main house but in a completely private area. Overlooks a large open field (usually with cows) and woods beyond that. To the right is a donkey paddock with residents Henry & Charlie. If you're looking for a relaxing, private space; then this is a great option for you. There are also lots of picturesque villages and pubs a short drive away.
