House is 3000 sq ft remodeled. Downstairs master suite. 3 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and playroom/office that has a queen sleeper sofa can sleep additional 2 people. Master has queen bed. Upstairs has a king, 3 full beds, and sleeper queen. Get the real Louisiana feel with cypress trees and lake cove views unmatched.

Pelican Place on Caddo Lake (Boat Ramp & Kayaks)

Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. Caddo Crossing

Set on a gated hillside peninsula on 15 acres, with 2,000 feet of PRIVATE unobstructed lake bank, with a pool and a hot tub, this place is truly one of a kind! Spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Four bedrooms with 1 King, 2 Queens, a kid's room with four bunkbeds, TV, and gaming area. Soaking tub/unlimited hot water. Across the street is a free public boat ramp. Twenty minutes from downtown Shreveport/Bossier City. Kayaks and paddles.

The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.
