This is 1100 square feet of quiet living space in the country, with pleasant views of the hills and farmland. The southern exposure brings the sunlight through the windows . The farm is sheltered in a valley without an immediate neighbor close by. A spring-fed creek runs the whole length of the 140-acre main farm. This is a great place to visit for outdoor activities or to relax in country life. There are opportunities to observe farm animals, wildlife, farm endeavors and different seasons.

This wonderful colonial home offers wide open space on 21 acres of rolling fields with paths leading to the Green River. In the summer build your own dam or in the winter cross country ski along the edges of the stream and get a full view of the West Arlington valley. We are located minutes to Manchester viliage, shopping outlets, Equinox Resort, Hildene, and the Equinox Skyline drive. We are 20 minutes to Bromley and 35 minutes to Stratton and Magic Mountain.

The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi). There are plenty of options nearby for hiking, rail trail biking, or paddling. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!
