A 300m está el mayor centro comercial del sur - SIAM MALL. Impresionantes vistas al centro turístico- Playa de Las Americas, las playas de lo cual están a 1.4 km. Diferentes zonas de descanso, toma del sol, desayunos, cenas en espacios únicos pensados al detalle. Jardín tropical con pérgola que da sombra todo el día y agrade con su frescura y colorido. Piscina infinity que une sus aguas con el horizonte de océano. Las puestas del sol es un espectáculo de colores, imagen que cambia cada día, pero nunca deja indiferente. The villa consists of two bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, a large space dedicated to the kitchen and living room, with an exceptional sea view. Terrace with table, chairs, wooden pergola and sun loungers. Garden of about 300 m2, full of plants, a sunbathing area with loungers and chairs, umbrellas and a fantastic private heated hot tube .Guests can also use the large community swimming pool which is located right in front .

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. Maison indépendante avec petite piscine privée et chauffée (4,5m sur 2,2m). Deux grandes chambres avec airco et deux salles de bain. Jardin privatif, large terrasse avec splendide vue sur l’océan et l’ile de La Gomera. Située à 20 min à pied de la plage Del Duque. A proximité a 5 min à pied : boulangerie, pharmacie, restaurants, petit centre médical, supermarché et le centre commercial X-Sur avec cinéma et restaurants. Club de tennis a 300m.

Beautiful modern house! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one WC, very big terrace with private heated pool and gardens, magnificent views to Playa de Las Americas and the ocean. It is situated just in 7 min walking from the famous Siam Park and a new shopping center Siam Mall where you can buy all that you need like food (fresh fish and meat), clothes, shoes and with a nice food-court. The heating of the swimming pool is 150 euros per a week. We have outdoor camera for security.
