Holiday house Old Wind Mill is a 128-year-old property in the center of Rogoznica. It is newly renovated in 2024, and fully air-conditioned. It offers sea and pine tree wood views. It's a two-storage house with a kitchen, living area, and bathroom on the ground floor, and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a single bed on the first floor. Guests can use two sitting areas in front of the house (20 m2) and a terrace (50 m2), with garden furniture, a garden shower, a sink, and a grill.

Kuća se nalazi na otoku Murteru u uvali Velika Doca, u kojoj se nalaze još dvije kućice, a restoran i kafići su udaljeni oko 900m. Kuća je udaljena 20m od mora i ima rivu i plažu.Do kuće se ne može doći autom već pješice(10 min hodanja od kampa Kosirina). Kuća ima jednu sobu, kupaonicu, kuhinju i blagovaonicu te terasu i roštilj. Voda za tuširanje i kuhanje dolazi iz spremnika. Električna energija je 220 V. Vodu i električnu energiju potrebno je racionalno koristiti.

Otprilike 250 metara od mora nalazi se naša mala oaza u koju svake godine ulažemo sve više truda i dodatnih sadržaja. S velikim dvorištem, bazenom i vanjskim dijelom za opuštanje, ovdje ćete se osjećati kao da ste doma☺️ Brod kuća je 22 metra dug i otprilike 4 metra širok.
