It is a stylish and peaceful family facility for everyone who wants to have a boutique and luxurious holiday. It is very close to Side Antique City, 700 meters from the sea, 7.5 km from Manavgat Waterfall and 65 km from Antalya Airport. There is a fully equipped kitchen (all the necessary items including a stove), Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, high chair and baby crib, iron, hair dryer and tea and coffee maker. About 700 - 1200 meters to the deserted beach, fully equipped (from the end of May till the end of October) with tents, sunbeds and transportation (all - free for you). Parking lot under security control. Huge swimming pool (size 800 sq.m.) + kids pool. Tennis courts. Playground. Please note: village isolated from civilization, there are no public transportation to the shops except taxi. Absolutely quiet and peaceful place!

Wifi connection speed is 50 - 200 mbps which is the upper limit in turkey.There is 24 hours hot water in my house and it is designed as 1 room and 1 living room. The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 2 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes
