It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. 'Western Way' is a beautiful , 1 bedroom apartment. Just 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach of Exmouth and the start of the world famous Jurassic Coast Path. Parking, sea views and a small courtyard. It has a well equipped kitchen and washing machine. The town centre is a mile away with plenty of shops and restaurants and Exmouth offers a wide variety of activities, such as kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding , hikings, mountain biking and rowing, endless hours of fun.

Contemporary furnished for nice relaxing stay in the middle of beautiful countryside but only within 15 min walk to the sea. Fully insulated and soundproof. Perfect place to get away from it all. Ideal for a couple and one child sleeping on the single sofa bed. The space will be restricted if you require extra cot for an infant. Please note there is no disabled access.
