Our private Cozy House has just been renovated! We put in a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and a big 4k smart tv. It's in a friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Waterville only five minutes from Colby College, Thomas College (by car) and just a few minutes from downtown Waterville. Everything is very close to our location. There's a Hannafords nearby, Maine General Hospital and many restaurants, schools and stores. We are located on a private dead-end driveway .

Welcome to our peaceful farmhouse nestled on 10 private acres. Part of a triplex—owners live on-site and are happy to help. Close to the lakes, trails, golf, and snowmobiling. Only 15 mins to Augusta, you’ll find restaurants, shops, and quick access to I-95. Portland and Bangor are just over an hour away. Enjoy a smart TV, A/C, propane heat, coffee bar, washer/dryer, and all toiletries provided. A cozy, year-round escape in the heart of Belgrade Lakes.

Room B has a full size bed with luxury mattress and private bathroom with towel warmer & glass shower. The room includes a desk, TV, minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, dresser, reading chair & private entrance. In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.

A historic 1843 home, that has been separated into two apartments, keeps the charm of the old while instilling the conveniences of the new. Ornate tin lines most of the high ceilings and the owner has incorporated pieces from her own childhood in Maine into the apartment, including a 1900s piano.
