Aus allen Fenstern und vom Balkon aus genießt man einen einzigartigen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge, die Weinhänge, Täler, und die nahegelegenen Burgen. Nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle. Der Ort ist außerdem ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für kleine Wanderungen und Radtour.

Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung wurde 2022 neu erbaut und befindet sich im schönen Weindorf Girlan (Cornaiano). Nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch (5 min) erreichen Sie den Dorfkern mit Lebensmittelgeschäften, Restaurants und eine Busanbindung. Es trennen Sie nur wenige Autominuten von den Montiggler Seen oder dem Kalterer See, die Landeshauptstadt Bozen liegt ebenfalls nur 18 Fahrminuten entfernt. Das Apartment ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bike - Touren und Ausflüge.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

The apartment is situated in a beautiful zone above the historical wine-village of San Paolo. It has been built and completely renovated in 2016. With a big terrace-door in glass, its beautiful wooden floor and the elegant fittings you can look forward to a comfortable stay. There is plenty room also for longer stays.
