Beachfront handcrafted family-friendly Home sleeps 5 & with a little bit of a walk to the beach with an all-terrain wagon to carry your items, Outdoor Games, a fire pit w/wood, patio furniture, a large charcoal grill, picnic table for six, and a small handcrafted kiddy picnic table—complete Kitchen over 32 spices, air fryer rice & slow cooker Bake & Cookware and coffee pots. Sunny Casita

Spare and spacious and sunny. This casita is surrounded by a lovely and shade filled garden. There’s a wall so that you will enjoy outdoor privacy. It’s a short walk to downtown and the brewery, baths, and galleries. The Rio Grande is across the street and there are beautiful views of Turtleback Mountain from the porch. The house is about 80 years old, floors are wood and tile. Pets are welcome, however we ask that pet owners read "Other details to note" thoroughly!

Enjoy the ease and convenience of this 3 bedroom 2 bath home located just minutes from Elephant Butte Lake. The fully fenced backyard includes a private and spacious patio with picturesque views of the mountains. After a day on the lake, enjoy grilling a sunset dinner and sipping on a cold drink in the outdoor kitchen. The large driveway area provides plenty of parking for all of your toys. A 30 amp RV hook up is available for an additional charge. No garage access.

Yellow Cottage on the Rio Grande River

Rejuvenate in the picturesque ambiance of our funky, cozy, little cottage on the river. From the back porch, you can enjoy the tranquil Rio Grande River and breathtaking views of the Turtle back mountain. Watch the abundant wildlife, wild birds, bats, fish, or seek peace. Elephant butte lake is 3 miles north. And 2 miles south is downtown TorC with 13 hot springs. NOTE: Like all rivers in New Mexico the rivers water flow runs low in the fall, winter & early spring.

Parkside Retreat - walk to hot springs & downtown

The Parkside Retreat is walking distance to all of Truth or Consequences favorite amenities. In the morning walk across the street to the large riverside park to get some exercise, do some bird watching, or visit the Farmer's Market. Next walk down the street to soak at Riverbend Hot Springs or any of the other hot spring resorts in town. In the afternoon walk downtown for some eclectic shopping opportunities and to grab a beer or craft cocktail at the brewery.
