It comes with a full kitchen, living room w/ a sofa-bed, and two decks. Part of what makes it amazing is the private dock on the Pass. Perfect for kayaking and exploring! Or maybe you'd like to just relax and take a dip in the heated pool? Located in the quiet end, you can enjoy the calm, or head to Siesta Village!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The beach is across the street and the Siesta Key village is in walking distance with quaint restaurants, shops, a grocery store, liquor store, & Sunday Farmers Market. This two bedroom cottage is some of the last of its kind. Enjoy a piece of the old siesta key beach life. The interior has been joyfully decorated with items that have a vintage surf vibe, large modern comfortable beds, whimsical outdoor spaces.

Heated Pool (No Cleaning Fee)

Solar heated plunge pool (14' X 18' small) Not so warm in cold weather with over night in the 40's or 50's. Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake.. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.
