this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.

Villa Stone house, that is located in Novalja (island of Pag) is one of the places that will be the best getaway for You, Your family and Your friends. It will feel like paradise because of the atmosphere, sunsets and many other things that will provide You. Location is away from the city and it's crowd so You will be able to enjoy every second peacefully. Small old stone house near the sea

Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.

Apartman se sastoji od prostrane spavaće sobe sa bračnim krevetom, opremljene kuhinje u sklopu dnevnog boravka( gdje se nalazi još jedan pomoćni krevet), kupaonice i terase sa pogledom na more. The town Novalja is 9km away. You’ll love my place because of the amazing sunsets and the seaview from the terrace and the pool. Pets are welcome.
